This is how it works - Graphics and the various component libraries take a very long time to design and compile, thousands of hours, and BMS Engineers and their companies don't want to outlay large lump sums of money. They greatly desire the professional graphics libraries as generally their own are hastily assembled and very little time given to development. Most Engineers only have to hand a few hundred components if that, but what if they were to have thousands! Also what if they had hundreds of pre-designed pages to work with, what would be the value to the company then? What would be the price they were prepared to pay? Would it be 10000, 1000's, 100's? What do you charge for a complete, installed, commissioned BMS Schematic Page?It would generally range from £55-£200(€65-€235,$70-$260) for a plant page and £250+(€295,$325) for a floor plan. "What's the payback period?", is the normal line of inquiry. People would say "that could take a year or two". They would be thinking thousands of pounds for hundreds of library pages and a huge component library, quite a depressing thought for those with the money responsibilities. Well don't worry, we've been in this game for a very long time and fully understand that there's very rarely any money left in the budget towards the end of any project to do the BMS Graphics. So what we propose is to take away the money headache and show you there is another way. It's a system of trust, respect and investment? You invest in us and we invest in you? "So what does that mean?" You pay a tiny amount for the 1st year and then each year afterwards just £100 (€117,$130, exchange rates at time of Print). The 1st year initial cost is £250, this is the inaugural launch offer, the initial 1st year only cost will go up in a couple of steps over a short period of time to £1000, so be quick to enrol for your License. So that's £250 for the 1st year and then £100 each year after that, but only if your quick. Look at the figures differently, you sell just 3 Schematics and your 1st year is paid off! Then Sell 1-2 Schemtics each year after that! This is the easy bit for you, BMS Schematic projects are 20+ pages and you may do between 3 and 15 BMS Projects a year. So your money stress has completely gone, that is your investment in us and our long term investment in you. So what do you get? We grant you a License to download and use the Libraries (termed as the Digital Content). As usual there are terms and conditions as with any product regarding the obvious things like not selling the library on to anyone else or passing a copy to a graphics sub-contractor etc..., as can be seen in our term and conditions. The component libraries are there for you to use and construct your schematics pages and obviously the pre-designed complete pages are indeed there for you to sell to your clients, complete or reconfigured. Also your access to download is all year round so as not to miss out the updates that we will continue to provide. We will add thousands of components over the coming years, and you will have a say as to what you would like to see.We will give priorities to major plant like boilers, as these are most likely to be remembered in detail by Clients/Architects/Consultants.
